Barbara has been training at YOGA for more than 10 years (250 ERYT + 300 RYT + MBCT Mindfulness). His learning has taken place worldwide and he currently offers weekly yoga classes for both individuals and groups. His ability to speak Italian, Spanish and English give tourists on the island of Lanzarote the chance to fully enjoy their stay doing a little yoga.
250 ERYT: Experienced registered yoga teacher
300 RYT: Registered yoga teacher
MBCT: Mindfulness – based cognitive therapy
Our yoga classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you can attend classes in the morning (9:30 am) or in the afternoon (4:30 pm – 6:30 pm) and on Saturday morning (9:30 am). If you want to participate in outdoor classes with a view of the sea, sign up in the morning, our afternoon classes are held in an air-conditioned room.
We are privileged to have two exceptional training spaces. The first, is located on the beach in Puerto del Carmen in Los Pocillos behind the Plaza de las Nacionales, this space allows us to perform yoga while observing and listening to the ocean.
The second is an air-conditioned room in the Costa Volcán Apartahotel, from where we have an excellent view.
The minimum age for our group courses is 18 years and there is no maximum age, but you must be in good physical condition to participate.
For our Yoga classes we recommend that you bring sunscreen, a cap (for outdoor classes), water and If you wish to use our Yoga mat please bring a towel. We will give you the rest of the equipment.
Our school is located in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. This area of the island has everything tourists need, hotels, restaurants and a beautiful beach to enjoy the good weather of the Canary Islands.
YogaSup consists of using the standup paddle boards to perform Yoga in the ocean. Our instructor will be guiding your process from an inflatable in the center of the group and the participants will always be watched by our lifeguard instructors.
Because we have been living on the island for many years, we have several agreements to help our clients find tourist activities and accommodation. We can help you book a room in both hotels and hostels. We also have a discount on an excellent surf house. Contact us!
