Enjoy a yoga and massage retreat IN lANZAROTE
Throughout the year in Lanzarote, we carry out yoga retreats of different types. This one, in particular, is our Wellness Retreat. An offer that includes yoga classes outdoors or in a heated room and full-body massages that will help you relax all your muscles.
We want clients to enjoy a week full of exercise, nature, relaxation, and connection with their own body and mind. The massages are performed by our partner company Holos Wellness for you. Both the yoga classes and the massages would take place in the Puerto del Carmen area.
Yoga schedule
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday we will hold yoga classes at 9:30 am in the Zona de Los Pocillos, an emblematic area sheltered from the wind and with an excellent view of the beach. Throughout the class, we listen to the sound of the ocean as ambient sound.
Our classes have a duration of 75 minutes, in which breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, and acquisition of body awareness are worked. Using different Asanas, we work on various aspects of our physical and mental health.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we also hold sessions at 6:00 pm in an air-conditioned room with an ocean view at the ApartHotel Costa Volcán. The participants of the retreat can choose a class in the morning or the afternoon, depending on their preference and whether they surf in the morning that day.
